Panoramic lift typically employ permanent magnet synchronous gearless traction machines, directly driving the car's ascent and descent via a motor. Compared to traditional worm gear drives, this offers advantages such as lower energy consumption, lower noise, and smoother operation. Their speed range is generally between 0.5-1.75 m/s, covering the transportation needs of buildings ranging from 3 to 30 stories. The car frame utilizes high-strength aluminum alloy or steel structures, combined with tempered glass panels, ensuring both safety and light transmission. The guide rail system uses T-shaped guide rails connected to the car via guide shoes, ensuring precise trajectory. The hoistway structure is available in panoramic and semi-panoramic versions. Panoramic hoistways use transparent materials on all four sides and require UV-resistant coatings and fall protection devices.

Safety Design and Emergency Functions

Safety certification is one of the core indicators for sightseeing elevators. Our control system must be ISO9001 quality management system certified and equipped with multiple safety protection devices: a speed governor-safety clamp linkage system can force braking in case of overspeed; a buffer located at the bottom of the shaft to absorb the impact of a car falling; and an emergency power system that automatically switches in case of power failure to ensure the continuous operation of car lighting and communication functions. The center-parting double-folding door design opens by folding the two doors to both sides, reducing the space occupied when the doors are open, and is also equipped with a light curtain protection device to prevent passengers from being pinched. In addition, the elevator must undergo regular maintenance services to check the wear and tear of key components such as the traction machine, guide rails, and wire ropes to ensure long-term stable operation.

Sightseeing elevators offer a high degree of customization, allowing for adjustments to parameters such as car size, glass light transmittance, and shaft materials based on architectural style. For example, indoor elevators can utilize warm-toned lighting and wooden decorative panels to create a welcoming atmosphere; outdoor elevators require corrosion-resistant materials and enhanced waterproof sealing. They are suitable for a wide range of floors, from 3-story low-rise buildings to 30-story high-rise buildings, but elevator speed and load parameters need to be adjusted according to building height. Three-phase power supply can meet high-power drive requirements, and energy feedback technology feeds the electrical energy generated during braking back to the grid, achieving a level 2 energy-saving standard.
