This Low Overhead Elevator is a customized passenger traction lift engineered to solve the key industry pain point of insufficient rooftop clearance. We re-optimize the layout of all top hoist mechanical assemblies to slash required overhead height, without cutting cabin usable space or downgrading full safety performance. It supports three optional structures: MR compact machine room, MRL machine roomless and SMR small machine room, adapting to various rooftop reserved space of aged communities, low-rise hotels, commercial premises and public service buildings. It drastically cuts roof renovation workload and fully retains the original architectural appearance.
