In modern buildings, panoramic elevators are favored for their unique vision and comfortable riding experience, and strict inspection process is the key to their safe operation.
The first is the business acceptance stage. After the business department receives the customer's commission, it signs an agreement or commission form and officially starts the inspection process.
After receiving the order, the project leader should arrange the inspection personnel, make a plan and submit it to the inspection department manager for approval, and make preparations for the inspection. The inspection personnel will contact the user unit in advance to clarify the inspection time, place and method, and prepare instruments and equipment and protective equipment.
The next step is the on-site inspection link, which covers many inspection items. For example, check the interior of the elevator's machine room to ensure that the drive device, control system, etc. are operating normally; check whether the lighting, doors, ventilation, etc. in the shaft meet the requirements; check whether the internal facilities of the car are intact, and whether the operating speed and stability meet the standards; and test the elevator's safety circuit and safety protection device.
During the inspection process, the principles of legality and key system reliability inspection should be followed. Confirm whether the elevator is within the inspection validity period, check the operation of key parts such as the door system, traction system, brake device, and the functions of safety protection devices such as overload switch and up and down overspeed protection device.
After completing the on-site inspection, issue a test memorandum and propose a rectification period. After the rectification is completed by the user unit, it is also necessary to confirm the rectification situation, and finally issue a test report and archive it. Strict inspection process is an important guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of panoramic elevators.
