Weekly maintenance needs to be carried out once a week, and each time for no less than two hours. Check the components, oil temperature, oil level, contact conditions, etc. of many parts such as the power switch, traction machine, brake, control cabinet, speed limit system, hall car door system, etc. to ensure their normal operation, cleanliness and lubrication.
Monthly maintenance is carried out every month. In addition to daily inspections and weekly maintenance items, it is also necessary to focus on checking the reducer, motor, safety device, etc., such as removing surface dust and oil stains, checking coupling damage, speed measurement system, cleaning internal and external dust and oil stains, and checking the brake temperature rise.
Quarterly maintenance is to check and adjust the key parts of the elevator on the basis of monthly maintenance, such as motors, traction wire ropes, guide shoes, door openers, etc., which need to be checked and adjusted in detail. A comprehensive inspection and maintenance is also required every year before early December, including changing lubricating oil, checking brake pad wear, cleaning speed limit wheels, testing safety clamps, cleaning mechanical floor selectors and hall car door components, etc.
The maintenance cycle of panoramic elevators is closely linked, and each link is indispensable. By strictly implementing these maintenance plans, panoramic elevators can always be kept in good condition, providing people with a safe and comfortable elevator experience.
